Chef Thibaut Gamba celebrates good French cuisine bourgeoise where sharing is the watchword. At his side, Head Sommelier Alexandre Cuvillier invites you to explore the legendary vineyards of Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire Valley and beyond, with a range of prestigious pairings.

A four-course menu accompanied by a prestigious wine pairing or a bottle of prestigious wine to choose from a reduced list of grands crus, water and hot drink, for 1 person, in the Logis de la Cadène wine cellar.
